What this page is

Untoil uses the companies below to run the product. Each one processes some customer data on our instruction, under a contract that limits what it may do with that data. This page is referenced by our Privacy Policy.

Slack, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365 are not on this list. Those are your own systems. Untoil reads from them only after a Manager connects them, and the connection can be revoked in that provider’s admin console at any time.

Everything the application processes passes through hosting. Analytics sees page views and device information.

All workspace content, account records, and uploaded files, screenshots, and recordings.

The text and attachments sent to a model, and the response. The gateway does not retain them.

OpenAI

Changes to this list

We update this page at least 30 days before a new subprocessor begins processing customer data. To be told when it changes, email team@untoil.com and we will add you to the notice list.

If a change is needed urgently for the security or availability of the Service, we may make it sooner and will update this page within 7 business days.
